Its partnership strategy

To better understand the complexity of issues linking cultivated plants, agriculture and societies and to work to define and promote sustainable agricultural models, Agropolis Fondation fosters collaboration and exchanges with a broad range of actors, whether public, private, civil society, national or international, concerned with cultivated plants, agriculture, food and sustainable development.

International partnerships
Working for the Montpellier scientific community, the Foundation develops an international partnership strategy centred on three pillars:

  • providing a tool for international advocacy
  • supporting the international deployment of research projects and teams
  • attracting the best talent

Partnerships with socio-economic actors
The modes of action of these partnerships are varied and cover the definition of thematic programmes and of research and innovation projects in partnership on specific topics, the creation of excellence or research chairs in forward-looking areas, and patronage to support international research programmes and international mobility.
