What procedure?
The launch of a call for projects is decided by the Board of Directors. The terms of reference for the call are approved by the Foundation’s Board of Directors, and describe how it will be implemented (number of stages, timetable, context and objectives, eligibility and evaluation criteria, etc.). The final selection of projects is made by the Board, after review by the Scientific Advisory Board. The Board of Directors is informed of this selection at its first meeting following the Board’s decision.
