The 2012 «Agropolis Fondation - Cariplo » Joint Call for Proposals (CfP) focuses on rice. Refered to as FIRST (French-Italian Rice Science and Technology) Initiative, this Call is being made within the framework of the Partnership Agreement signed between Agropolis Fondation and Fondazione Cariplo. It is aimed at developing and supporting scientific research in the agri-food sector as well as in facilitating the emergence of excellent, innovative and potentially high-impact research on rice.

The second «Agropolis Fondation - Capes» Call for Proposals (CfP) is launched within the framework of the Partnership Agreement between Agropolis Fondation and the Brazilian Federal Agency for Support and Evaluation of Graduate Education (CAPES) which aims to strengthen the ties between the two organizations in the area of research and training through the exchange of researchers in a reciprocal way. This Joint Call is being made within the framework of this Agreement.
