The 35 Research Unit leaders supervise the work being carried out by about 1200 scientists and 600 PhD students who are collectively involved in the various research units making up the Foundation’s scientific network . The Research Unit Leaders are mainly involved in the development and implementation of collaborative research projects and international partnerships supported by the Foundation.
The 35 research units making up Agropolis Foundation’s scientific network are clustered into five (5) research groups:
- 2 research groups for Integrative Plant Biology (IPB) and
- 3 research groups for Social and Technological Dynamics of Innovation (STDI).
