The Markets, Organisations, Institutions and Operators' Strategies (MOISA) Research Unit focuses on the internal (enterprises and organisations) and external (vertical and horizontal coordination) modes of organisation of economic agents, the role and development of stakeholders' strategies, relations between public policies and the functioning of markets and coordination facilities in the food system.
