Grants and various Support Awards

Agropolis Foundation contributes to the establishment and strengthening of scientific platforms and projects that are of high scientific quality, original, innovative and feasible. It organizes and sponsors international courses, thematic seminars, workshops and training. It also offers various accompanying measures to support research through travel grants, publication, preparation of research proposals, etc.

These support awards and other grants are awarded on a competitive basis. Calls for Proposals (CfP) are launched on a regularly. Each Call specifies the terms and the type of research support to be provided by the Foundation under a given Call.

• Agropolis Fondation Grant for scientific platforms
  
  Agropolis Fondation provides support to the establishment and strengthening of scientific platforms and projects that are of excellent quality, original and innovative. It supports relevant research projects that foster strong linkages between the Foundation's research units, with strong international partnership dimension and those that promote the interaction between social and bio-technical sciences while at the same time with high potential to contribute to addressing socio-economic and sustainable development issues.

• Sponsorship of international training courses
  
  Agropolis Fondation supports and/or co-organizes international training courses where 50% of the intended participants are from developing or emerging, southern or Mediterranean countries.

• Agropolis Fondation Small Grants
  
  Agropolis Foundation offer various small Grants. It can (co-) organize and sponsor thematic seminars, workshops and training. It also offers various accompanying measures to support research through travel grants, publication, preparation of research proposals, etc.
