Abstract

Since January 2013, the seminar has attracted scientists from various disciplines and research units. The audience has fluctuated between 20 and 70 persons with an average of 40 at monthly seminars. Two monthly seminars were organized jointly with Institut de Biologie Computationelle. We organized in March 2014 a two-day workshop about models from the cellular to the organ scale. About 100 persons including scientists from different european countries attended the March 2014 workshop. The March 2014 workshops generated new collaborations between labex Agro and foreign research units (e.g. AGAP and University of Heidelberg). We organized in April 2014 a half-day about functional-structural plant and crop models and in April 2015 a two-day workshop about models from the organ to the whole plant scale. About 70 persons attended the April 2015 workshop. This workshop consolidated existing collaborations between labex Agro and foreign research units (Universities of Liège and Louvain la Neuve).
