Abstract

The aim of this project is to reinforce a new collaboration between IRD and University Yaoundé I by training a Cameroonian Ph.D. student in phylogenetic reconstruction of yam species found in West Africa. The main scientific objective of PhyloYam is to reconstruct the phylogeny of native yam species of West Africa.
